Three Wiltshire hoodies have been arrested and bailed after taking a double-decker bus for an early morning jaunt, part of which popped up on YouTube.

Two 16-year-old girls and a 21-year-old man swiped the vehicle from a depot in Amesbury in the early hours of 18 June and headed off down the A345 towards Salisbury. In the process, they hit a tree before "smashing to a halt into parked cars on an Amesbury estate", as the Telegraph puts it.

Will the two girls get banned before they can take their test legitimately.

A lot of men are still kids even after retirement.

Quite right, and how many women do you know who are afraid to even say their age out loud? :D

So they now have enough evidence to convict Eddie for nicking the car from outside the police station. :D

"Eddie gets nicked after posting on-line video of himself in cop car nicked from Mills Bridge"

Not the brightest way to keep your freedom I'd have thought!

Still, it is pretty nuts. Reckon the cop had left the keys in when he went for doughnuts? I can see how that would be rather tempting...

I'll be near Manchester tomorrow. I'll keep an eye out for him

Well unless the copper has a very good reason he should be held responsible for any damage done. Why should any insurance pay out if he did not lock the vehicle. You have to admire the kid for the sheer cheek of it all. :D
