Hi All,
My daugthers laptop has been infected by a nasty virus/malware called security suite.

I have run a full scan in safe mode with AVG and adaware but cannot remove this.

There are hints on some web sites as to how to remove this but I am warry of these sites as they could be infected.

Has anyone else come across this virus and how have they dealt with it.

If you cannot do this on the laptop then download it to another computer and then pop it on a USB stick so you can install it on the laptop.

BEFORE you install the program restart the laptop in "safe" mode - to do this switch laptop on and hit the F8 key a few times and you should get a list of options - pick safe mode.

Once laptop up install Malwarebytes and let it run a FULL scan - when finished it will give you a result of infections so tell it to remove all.

Restart laptop and see if it is now cured.
