That's a very nice range!
Nothing about the SSD stuff though?

So, am I right in thinking the new Thunderbolt port replaces Apple's own Mini DisplayPort then? And that it supports video and data, so can be used to drive an Apple display or various high speed peripherals too? What if you wanted to connect both at the same time - ie. run a second monitor and connect, say, a storage device? EDIT: Ignore me, I've just read the blurb on the website...

+1 I'd give my left arm for a 27" iMac.

For what it's worth, the FW800 port is still present on the 15" & 17" MBP. Mark

Rumours are rumours. (8+p Still, an optional 750GB drive on the 15" (it's standard on the 17") is pretty good, in my opinion. I might be able to upgrade this MBP to the 750 one. Gonna look in to that. Mark

Seems they are having a few issues with the Mac Store.
I keep getting DB errors.

They all look nice. I wouldn't be rushing to get one now though, Thunderbolt is still very young and I can see huge strides of improvement and changes over a relatively short space of time.

TBH I don't see why they abolished the 24" iMac, it's probably about the ideal size for me.

Why does the 15" still use 1400x900? If it had 1680x1050, I'd be excited. At least they are finally using some top end processors in the range, after totally ignoring the high end with the last version of the MBP.
