The very helpful and efficient girl at Tesco Mobile said their online operation isn't working too well at the moment, and she wasn't kidding - I hadn't any need to log in until now, so I'd forgotten the details. It makes you request the user name and password separately, and then even after that, managed to get my user name wrong by adding a digit (I could log in if I ignored it). On getting logged in, I couldn't update my card details which is what I was trying to do in the first place, and it said my 'order' had been cancelled. The only 'order' I have is the monthly contract I was trying to adjust the payment details on, hence the phone call  Oh, by the way, between you having a couple of stabs at remembering your own details and then messing it up again by using the incorrect information from them, you'd be better off just phoning them in the first place. So apparently, the reps here have a rule. If you sleep with the same person three times, you have to drink your own piss.
Just wondered what the opinion of the group was on such practices. Would you partake? Or is it childish bollocks?
