Yes, he is. (8+)
Good to see you again, Stuart.
I'm not normally a fan of HDR photography, but I do like the application on your B&W images of the ship.
Nicely done.

Mark

Thanks Mark, good to see you too :)

A couple more from today.

Surely you need a license and a specific, valid reason for owning them then?

How dare you include a disgusting SA-80 mag in that company!!

Also, could you please name the individual rounds above?

I've been trying to make more of an effort lately:

Feh. A mag's a mag. They're just metal boxes.

I assume the one on the far right is a .50 cal and the flat nose ones are usually magnum rounds. The rifle rounds.. thing is there are tons of really similar rifle bullets...

A mag is indeed a mag, but why own one from a [LIFTED] rifle when you have lots from interesting rifles?

I've been trying to take more photos and take some time over it. No need to make an effort with Sara.
(She's Italian, I know - I'm awesome)

It is a great shot. If I was being extremely picky, I'd say fiddle with the recovery and black point a bit to bring out the pattern in the dress more and maybe so you can get rid of the reflections in the glass on the right. But it is a great shot.

SA80 mag also is an M16 mag as theyre interchangable :(

those rounds are:

9mm Luger round as used all over the world in pistols & SMG's like the Beretta M9 & UZI.
.38 Special round used to be standard issue to police forces in the US.
.357 Magnum round arguably set the gold standard for stopping power in handgun cartridges.
7.62x39, the famous Soviet designed AK47 round also known as 7.62 short.
5.56mm round currently used by UK & US forces in M16's, SA80's & the belt fed M249 SAW.
7.62x54 Russian Dragunov sniper rifle & PKM round.
7.62x51 NATO spec round as used in the SLR & belt fed GPMG / M60.
7.5x55 Swiss round as used in the Schmidt-Rubin & Leopard 2.
.303 as used in the Lee Enfield & Bren, also loaded into WW2 fighters like the Spitfire & Hurricane.
7.92x57 (8mm Mauser) as used in the Karabiner 98K, Gewehr 98, MG34, MG42.
.30-06 Springfield as used in the M1 Garand & BAR was standard US issue for 50 years.

Or, next time, stick on a polariser. Go back in time and do it again. ;)
