Morning,

Awake on my second day of enforced holiday. Got quite a lot done in the end yesterday after a spectacular lack of bother in the morning; which I slept through! Not sure what today brings, possibly re-arranging the bookcases now we have a bit more room, almost certainly vacuuming the house, Perhaps venturing outside to dig the ash bucket into the herb bed, who knows? I know these are all things I will be annoyed if I've left undone when I go back to work Thursday.

Snow is melting, still very cold in the evenings though, maybe a day tucked up under a duvet watching movies will end up being the way of things. Or maybe a day in bed with my book? We shall see.......

Morning.

I hate clearing snow. Everyone else in our corner has cleared their drives and paths and even the bloomin' road. Great piles of snow will now remain for months, while ours will melt away with rising temperatures.

It's a dilemma. Should I have gone out in the freezing cold and made our own piles of the stuff? I don't think I did, and I am damned well not going to be made to feel selfish by those who did. :D

Onwards and sideways.

Morning,

Still no snow, my kids are gutted. In fact, if anything, it's getting pretty mild.

This cold is finally starting to shift, thank crunchie, I'm sick to death of Lemsip.

Have a good one.

Snow rapidly melting

If it keeps on like this I might well dispense with a coat

Morning all.

Snow doesn't look much like it's going to lat here either, although some of it has turned into ice to add the extra excitement when out walking.

Have a great day folks.

Morning all, off to the doctor's shortly, changing my meds. The current Ramipril is giving me short term memory problems, tiredness, sleep problems and diahrrea... I have enough problems remembering things, without the meds screwing me up even more!

Weather much warmer today, only about -7°C this morning, quite pleasant, compared to the last week.

Morning all,

Trip to the hospital this morning. A planned one though, unlike yesterday's little emergency.

Have a warm one

Morning.

Must venture forth today for Best Beloved's meds and paying money into the bank.

I hate clearing snow. I managed to do a bit in front of the car yesterday, but did my back and nearly killed myself in the process. I am so unfit.

Consequently, I have a stiff back today, and will have to walk from a public car park as the surgery won't have cleared their car park as usual. That's the sort of thing the so-called Big Society should be about - getting out and clearing snow at the doctors'.
