Afternoon all.
It's rather impressive how effective a dog alarm clock can be. A cold wet nose in the ear is pretty well sure to wake most people up.
Plus, dogs aren't quite as calculating as cats when it comes to waking someone up.
Anywho, enjoy the rest of the day folks.

Sore this morning. My foot hurts over night. I don't know what I do in my sleep, but it feels like all the bones in my foot are broken and I can hardly stand on it. Rubbed in some Ibuprofen gel and forcing myself to walk on it (about a mile with the dog) and it is down to a dull pain.

Spent the weekend at the Scalford Hifi show ( www.thehifishow.co.uk for those that care). Not sure I've quite recovered but a thoroughly excellent time was had. Will definitely be going again next year if humanly possible.
