Very Foggy at home this am - guess thats the problem with living near a river
Finally catching up on my mails at work following my holidays

Morning all, Day 2 of this flu, 'least it's Friday and I can recover this weekend. Going to be a busy week at work now that I have catchup though. ION I nearly just whacked a chap accross the head, I saw a man walking through my side gate into my back yard and so ran out there to find out what he might want, as I get close he noticed me and informed me he had keys to the back entrace to No. 3 (I'm 1) and was checking the fences to see if they had gates linking them. Said he wasn't expecting anyone to be home. Anyway, I showed him the back way and ensured he did have keys, I've also taken his number plate as a caution, but if he is a theif he's doing a damn good job of cleaning their carpets at the same time

Gf's mum died last night.  Feeling pretty **** at the moment. Didn't sleep well.

Morning. Dave, really sorry to hear that. Condolences all round. My neck and shoulders really ached yesterday after my osteopath had a go at them. Things are much better this morning, but I must remember to do my exercises. (I get told off and my osteopath has a real go at my muscles if I don't...) Evening all. Currently awaiting the arrival of youngest brother for the weekend. Train arrives at 11:45  It's just as well I don't normally go to bed early. Enjoy what's left of the day folks.
