Can anyone offer any advice on the formula I need to use to do this:
I want a formula that says "If the sum of cells T22:T27 is 6, then 1, if not then 0 ". I can't find any way of doing that without creating and extra row with the total of T22:T27, then saying "is the number in T28 6?" I really don't want to do that if at all possible.
If that's not possible, is there a way of saying "If the letter in cell D28 is Y, then 1, if not then 0".
Thanks in advance.

Should be able to do... =if(sum(t22:t27)=6,1,0) That should work. HTH --- I am here: http://tapatalk.com/map.php?m1z3pl
