Yes, same. I suddenly woke up at 2:50. Currently wide awake.

Woke up soon after you and am running through my daily chores list.

After a mid afternoon nap I woke up around 9pm. Still up and planning on getting some sleep soon.

Well after spending the day at the passport office in Peterborough, I came home, napped for 30 mins and now I can't sleep! Watched a few things from the past like adverts and music videos then stumbled across and ended up wathing an entire episode of Due South.

Still wide awake. Just watched another ep of Due South on youtube. Amazing how I recall the entire episode despite having not watched it in 20 years or so.

I just realised why I'm awake. I drank Fanta last night. I went to the shop to get some Vimto. They didn't have any. Didn't fancy Sprite again so soon. Chose Fanta, falsely believing it wouldn't keep me up like Coke. Somehow I forgot its effects on me. I used to use it along with haribo/skittles during exam time to keep me awake all night.

Now I'm worried I won't sleep tonight and that's gonna fudge up my sleeping pattern for Monday morning!!!

I am sitting here doing the cleaning as it is easier for me at night. No disruptions. It is very handy I can run through my daily chores at night pretty quickly and with little risk of the phone ringing it means that i can finish them without getting disturbed. Must finish the washing up.

Tonights list of chores includes doing the software updates. One machine needs more than 20. Thankfully macupdate makes it easier.

Just been watching another episode of Due South. They uncover an operation where wild horses are processed and sold on as beef. How very topical.

I'm watching an old HIGNFY.

Well I've worked out why I'm not sleeping as well during the week. I'm frikking hungry. On the 5:2 diet and Monday was a low cal day as was today. Clearly not coping with 500kcals. May raise this to 600 with some yoghurt or something to fill me up before I go to bed.

I do the same but it is not hunger that affects my sleep.

Still pissed off about a patient who was convinced he had an ear infection and didn't seem to understand why ear wax could be causing his pain. I think he's a genuine idiot.

ION gotta travel tomorrow and travel always makes me anxious.

I'm just back from an episode of Geordie Shore … okay, I lie, it was actually an engagement party party for one of my coworkers, but it could've been an episode of Geordie Shore.
