I do not see the problem. Apart from the

which was clearly anticompetitive, but nothing different from what Amazon does on its store. The problem will now be that if Apple exit the ebook market there will now only be Amazon and their monopoly. There may be others but they have such little share that Amazon has an effective monopoly of ebooks and readers.
