Evening all.
Joyous visit to the dentist this morning. On the plus side just a 'clean' required so not too bad.
Off to Tai Chi this evening so hopefully a nice relaxed evening ahead.

Well they found 50p for the metre so the office is open again but I'm off site all day so currently in Starbucks having a tea

Despite eating very well last night I woke up very hungry so just had a slightly bigger breakfast than normal
