Date My Porn Star - Four are doing one of their themed runs, and unsurprisingly this one's sex. The problem is there's so much fake reality TV about that you can't really have an honest opinion even on a show like this lol.

It is probably more realistic than many of the reality shows that are "scripted".

The Agenda - topics of the day panel show on ITV. I'd never watched a full episode of this, and maybe it was just the guests, but it was a lot more dynamic than what you get with Newsnight and QT for instance.

Just spotted for bake off fans, there's a 'catch up with last year's contestants' show on before the final, so tune in at 7pm rather than 8pm...

10 reasons why today's TV is better than movies

http://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio ... ter-movies

I'm not sure I've seen a truly good movie all year  , but plenty of good TV - House of Cards, Sons of Anarchy, Person of Interest, The Walking Dead...

The very first reason he suggests on that list is the very first reason I'd suggest you simply cannot adequately say one is better than the other.
They are totally different story telling mediums.
It's like comparing one single comic to a whole graphic novel.
What a pointless exercise.

There was an interesting documentary on BBC 2 this evening called 'No sex please, we're japanese.' An examination of the problems Japan is facing as it tries to support a rapidly ageing population. It is now a country where adult nappies outsell baby nappies. Worth catching on iPlayer.
