Why is there a cult around it? I'm still puzzled that there's a whole series on it.

Even worse today!

Some shrubs we put in over the weekend have been uprooted and nearly made it as far as the neighbour's garden.

Put it towards a Kindle Paperwhite if you do much reading?

Use them as gift certificates for others?

iTunes credit?

Or that big-ass box set you've always wanted?

I am seriously considering a Paperwhite. Though where in the upgrade cycle are we?

I don't know if that's worth waiting for or not - I imagine such a design change will add to the price since it sounds like quite a significant shift from the Kindles thus far.

I love sending articles to it with the Send to Kindle app 8-)

It was on my to get list at some point. I was thinking of when I start travelling it will be very useful. Since I am taking it easy for now it is not really urgent, so I can wait.

I just bought one, should be delivered today, as a present for my other half. If it is any good, I might buy one for myself.

Look you lot, this really isn't on, I posted with the express intention of getting some sympathy about my wisdom teeth, and you've spent most of the page wittering on about Kindles. I disapprove.

;)

A very attractive female priest (I think she was billed as a chaplain, but she had a priest's collar on) who was just on BBC news. Have women had to deal with this kind of thing for ages :D.

If it's who I think it is (black hair?), she does slightly raunchy photo shoots and such but I can't remember her name.

As can I. How about you come back when you've actually had them out, then we might be more sympathetic
