I use Air Video Server HD and the iOS app. I have never experienced anything like that. Have you had an update recently? It would seem strange that it does something like that. With my app if it is an unusual format it will need to be converted before streaming but that seems to create temporary files for the purpose.

Opening my mail to find more than 700 emails some from December all arriving in one lump. It has taken me hours to get through them. Nearly got caught out by three phishing attempt but sent copys to eBay spoof address. All were confirmed as phishing attempts.

I saw that in the news and thought "wtf". They could have made a better ramp or moved them and it would have been cheaper.

OK so it cost maybe £40K But if it kept someone in their house and out of a care home then it will pay for itself within a year. Yes they could possibly have moved them but for all we know the house had been adapted so a new place might have needed to be changed

I accept that moving might have been an option, but it could have been cheaper. A bungalow may need minimal alterations. My thought was that a single slope might have been easier rather than the zig zag for all concerned, certainly a lot cheaper as well. You also have to add in the interminable number of meetings that social services would have under gone before coming to a decision like this.
