They sent me the confirmation then my neighbour called in and they told her the exchange hasn't been upgraded and they have no idea when it will be. People the other side of the village on the same exchange are already on fibre ! Talk about left hand not knowing what right hand is doing.

I had a new phone line and internet put in at my Lincoln house. Ordered in December and it was up and running a few weeks ago. Yes really. Nearly 5 months to install! _________________Still the official cheeky one
