It makes absolutely no sense at all but the action sequences are quite well done and there's an actually very good car chase. It's an average action movie with some very high class names inexplicably attached to it. I wouldn't pay to watch it again but I'd watch it if it was on TV and I just wanted to sit and veg out. It's essentially a superhero movie without Marvel/DCs name on it.

God knows what they're going to do with 2 though, given <spoiler> the ending was pretty definite for Johanssen's character.
