Had to leave some suspense Nothing super exciting, just over to Amsterdam for a little break. Just got an apartment relatively central and we shall tour the various vegan eateries and our favourite coffee shops. As I say nothing major but a cheap trip and much needed break to a place we know and love!

The release of the G1X MKIII.
I've got a Canon G12 I want to replace (the screen coating is scratched, known fault with this camera). I want a hotshoe for flash which rules out the G7X/G3X/Sony RX100 cameras. The G5X looked good but I can't find it any shops to try out (and I suspect is being superceded) so the G1X might be the next best option. Except it'll cost around £1500. For a "compact" camera. With an APS-C sensor. If the reviews are good, I might jump for it. If not, I'll need to consider whether to buy the G5X or wait for whenever the MKII version will come out.

Captain Marvel on Friday.
Finally sorting my shed out once the weather wouldn't do a Wizard of Oz with the contents.
Making a couple of Lego sets once they arrive from eBay.

Ooh, tell me about Jersey, it's somewhere I'd consider! I am looking forward to Avengers: Endgame since Infinity War was so good and we're due a genuinely decent Marvel movie again. ION, finally emailing companies to tell them they've sent me a load of crap cos I keep putting it off. Absolutely sick of admin on internet purchases!

One more sleep, (not including this evening's optional pre-match snooze) until New York.
