You know they meant tea (or possibly even supper).

And yet again we're back to this old gem of a discussion. Have we had a thread on "What meals do you have each day" since we left Dear Old Dennis?

Can't recall, but there's no need to, because the correct order is breakfast, dinner, tea and supper. (8+)

Well done you on all eating together. Train the kids to clear and lay the table on Sundays ;)

Each of the kids help at mealtimes. One lays the table and the other gets the drinks :D . We all take responsibility to clear the table then we all sit down and have some 'together' time.

As you may be aware, our youngest has behavioural problems and we've seen a turnround recently in his conduct which I am convinced is due to us being more calm and our together time :D They are both painfully slow eaters though and can take over an hour to finish food. They do like pie

We have a dining table, but it's one of those you can stash away. It comes out for very special occasions, because otherwise we wouldn't be able to move in the room.

For just the two of us, we eat in front of the telly, using a tray.

Depends. If the midday meal is cooked then it's dinner, and the evening meal is tea (or supper) - assuming that you only have one cooked meal a day. If the evening meal is cooked, then it's dinner and the midday meal is lunch.

Weekdays should take the sequence: breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, lunch, tea, dinner, supper.
Weekends should take the sequence: breakfast, dinner, tea, supper, snack.

Most weekends we eat breakfast shortly before noon, but since we're still "breaking fast" I refuse to call it brunch. Our record so far is returning from having breakfast out, just as the sun went down for the day 8-)
