Nice and clear here, but too many buildings in the way to catch it low on the horizon. By the time I can see it clearly, it'll be dark and much higher.

Well, it's low here too Heather but the cloud is so thick all I can see is a yellowish glow. I'll keep an eye open just in case the clouds suddenly part though......

This is about the best view I got from the back yard. (Further zoomed shots in the rest of that set on Flickr.) "Supermoon" by Snaptophobic, on Flickr

By belchingmatt at 2011-03-19 By belchingmatt at 2011-03-19 These were from Parliament Hill on Hampstead Heath. I think the large building is Highbury. No idea what the hell caused the dark spot around the moon in the second pic, but it happened on several others too.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

That looks like a sun Sadly I just read this thread. However, I did notice the nice big moon. As did my guest humans and dog, although we were mostly distracted by food and a ball.

Nice!
Wish I had my camera with me last night, the moon was this superb blood/orange colour over the bay, really low at about 11.30pm.
