Why would you want to? Most people turn into dribbling wrecks who need someone else to wipe their bum before they get to that age. Only the lucky few are still capable.

No doubt things will be developed that will stop people being dribbling wrecks. I have no doubt that one day mankind will be able to significantly slow the ageing process.
