There was an interesting letter in Private Eye from a current/former (delete as applicable) BNP member who said that he and another member were in the audience and were asking questions of the panel etc in 2005, announcing that they were both members. Basically arguing that he couldn't really see what the fuss was with the (then) upcoming debate, and he has a point in a way - the attention this show got was way out of proportion, and especially from the people who would like to see the BNP get ignored
When are people gonna learn that when you try to ban/censor something in the media, that public interest and curiosity, rightly or wrongly, always wins out?
