Piece of piss, shouldn't need to train with a bike, just do some hill running, if the wrist hasn't healed before the triathlon though I'd just cancel it, seems silly.

A bit boring but Dave could also train on an exercise bike. I've always hated the thought of them but in this instance they could be quite suitable.

Yep, I had thought of this, I do have a bike which I train on but given the wrist I had thought of hitting an exercise bike. My only concern there is that I won't have any "gearing" practice on the wrist prior to the day, which I'll admit isn't a massive issue.

Went for my first swim yesterday followed shortly by a 7K ride, felt OK but I had to keep stopping on the swim as I can't couldn't get my breathing right. Back to the pool today to get some more practice in and then another ride this arvo I think.

Wrist is feeling OK at the moment, still a few "tweaks" when I use it, 8 days until operation.

Can i just ask will you sell for £300 with postage locally to London?
I would pay stright away via Paypal so you could cancell the auction,
(that will save you ebay fees)(£30!)
Just give me your paypal email,
I made some quote at nikon repairer and they say probably tube unit that'd be like £150 for part and £130 labor and if vr or swm gone that's another £140 each! -buying for £300 will allow me to make a repair, as the ok one can get for £800

Patootie? I think I have a library for that somewhere...

New Cat's head is three times bigger than Old Cat. The possibility of huffing this ginger tabby is zero.
