Yep, I had thought of this, I do have a bike which I train on but given the wrist I had thought of hitting an exercise bike. My only concern there is that I won't have any "gearing" practice on the wrist prior to the day, which I'll admit isn't a massive issue. Went for my first swim yesterday followed shortly by a 7K ride, felt OK but I had to keep stopping on the swim as I can't couldn't get my breathing right. Back to the pool today to get some more practice in and then another ride this arvo I think. Wrist is feeling OK at the moment, still a few "tweaks" when I use it, 8 days until operation.
