I'll do my best for you boys as well. Which, btw, is what women love, to an extent. Being perceived as gay or not, in said situation, is all about body language and communication in general. I'm fairly confident I won't appear gay Can't promise anything else though!!

We need a couple of people who can play slap bass and a Hammond organ, because the way this thread is going we'll need a certain form of background music.

Right, opinion time!
With the obvious exception (as stated here by Prof and others recently) of a "bit of fun", is an ex ever a good idea for anything else?
Discuss......

I've never gotten back together with any ex-girlfriend, despite having the oppportunity on a couple of occasions. Unless you can resolve the issue that caused the split, it's likely to end the same way; because people don't change. That's why I never bothered.
Of course if you broke up because one of you had to move away for work or university, then maybe it's worth a punt.
A "bit of fun" is fine, providing you both know and accept that is all it is.

I have never gone back to an ex. I remain on good terms with them though. Though that spark has never been reignited.

I've never got back with an ex. Shagged them yes, got back with them no. Nearly all are very good friends BTW. All except the completely mental ones.

Nice Dan, nice.
Seems there's a consensus here. No success stories? Even partial ones?
