You need to get it a car slanket. Ours took a bit of digging out today but the roads haven't been bad at all really.

Making some chicken dippers and oven chips for Brooke's tea... 7 minutes then turn over. It's always a good idea to remember that if you need an oven glove, (or a tea towel) to take the tray out of the oven, you'll probably need one to put it back in. It's a good thing that my hands were so bloomin' cold that, for the second or so before I realised this and placed the tray back on the cooker, I didn't burn myself. Thinking about it, there should still be burnt smokin' finger stuff going on, but I ain't arguing... I'll just count myself very lucky!

My Sony Vaio laptop. Only six months old and the power button is buggered and I can't turn it on. The beggars had better fix it for free. My last laptop lasted 5 years with the same treatment.

The check sods are trying to refund me just £2.75. The postage was £19. I've emailed them to complain.

Ten minutes after the email they got back to me to arrange the full postage refund. Maybe I should move this to the Win Thread.
