I'm currently using one myself after that fall, and today I received a letter neatly setting out what will happen next. I was quite impressed by that cos I know others who haven't been so lucky.
This made me wonder about other experiences with solicitors though

Personally, my only other experience of a solicitor was the useless gimp my family use who seemed more interested in putting you off than explaining your options. If the current geezer works out I'll consider using him when I get a house.
