Moring all A nice sunny start to the day  Car passed MOT (on second attempt) – needed a new gasket for the exhaust but that’s a lot cheaper than a full new exhaust so still have wheels And put my new desk and shelves together in my office so was able to put my new 22” screen up finally (a nice move up from the old 17”). I have tried running two monitors but so far not really used it much – I don’t do twitter, facebook etc so no real need for a 2nd real time screen. – will keep at it for a week or so and if no change will flog it on e-bay

Just got to install a networked photocopier then have to get the wife an anniversary card for Wednesday.

Typical isn't it. Weekend - ribbish weather. First day back at work, glorious sunshine and hardly a cloud in the sky.

Afternoon All, Busy Zee at work, Busy Zee at home. One of my colleagues cats was run over this morning, the kitty is apparently hanging onto life but in a very bad way. The day is sunny and the sky is blue in Notts, I'm on a 4pm finish this Friday which means I get to leave earlier during the week which is brilliant, especially given the complete and total absence of NRG yesterday which led to the fish not getting their water changed  Ok-ish weekend, very hectic and lots of travelling around but saw nice people and there was ginger cupcake  Right, off to catch up on some reading, you lot have been prolific while I've been out  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Morning all. Strangely calm in the office today.
The MD said "sorry about your news" and that was the end of it (apart from the "do you want a coffee").
Doing some tidying of my desks & surrounding piles of accumulated crap whilst taking the odd support call.
Just got to work out how we're doing the handovers for my customers & if someone else should do my installs.
