Greetings. A good session with my osteopath last night helped with the back problems, which is nice. The "day job" will make it worse, but that's an occupational hazard I guess. Nice and sunny as lots of you are saying Unfortunately left my season ticket at home so had to buy a train ticket this morning – that’s £30 odd down the drain – oh well in theory things can only get better but somehow........  Anyway hope the rest have a better day

Morning y'all. Hopefully today should be less crappy. (I was right. Yesterday was terrible.  ) Got several hours between this lec and the next, no foods and no monies with which to buy any. Hurrah. Roll on 4pm. Lates guys.
