I would have never have thought that. Broadcast yes, broadband, don't know. :?

It should cover all online ads by companies in the UK, including possibly the big social network sites. I even think that even Apple should make sure that their online ads are compliant. Though the problem is that some countries rules are so lax they could try and evade it somehow.
