Neither does a colleague of mine, but she mentioned that they make a special effort to remember their mum, and visit her grave. I thought that was nice. Thankfully mine is still quite healthy, despite dealing with cancer and chemotherapy twice.
I phoned her today. She hasn't received my card yet, which is annoying since I posted it on Wednesday. I expect it'll arrive tomorrow.
I'll be seeing her in one month for her birthday. Easyjet £10 flight FTMW!

Manchester to Milton Keynes is quite a journey...
