The back seems a little better today. I have a followup physio appointment tomorrow, will see how it goes.
Got a friend from back home coming over this evening as he's in the vicinity, should be much reminiscing.

Lo peeps Off to the hospital this afternoon for some x-rays and ct scans. Saves a trip to Glasgow so I'm happy. This is going to be mahoosive - I'd better inform the wife........ Al

Got my brand new iMac up and running so that's improved the general tone of the day. By using Software Update I'm as current as I've ever been! Just got to check all the peripherals are running well with Snow Leopard (unlikely) and then I suppose I'd better find some work to do. Have a good day one and all.

Morning All,
Busy old day going on today, my phone has been ringing like mad, so much going on and my computer is totally not playing the game!! My calves and thighs still hurt from my first foray on the X-trainer (Sunday) so I'm looking forward to doing it again tonight (not)
