Just beat me to it. I hope they throw the book at the lorry driver. There's no way he didn't know it was there............ unless he wasn't paying attention, in which case they should still throw the book at him.

This is why there should be a realistic minimum speed limit on motorways! Well, if the woman had put her foot down none of this would have happened! :lol:

These lorries are so big and heavy, they're not gonna feel the weight of something dragging. Hence why they can do pretty much what they want. Hence why lorry drivers need to be extra vigilant. I honestly believe there should be cameras and TV screens to cover the huge blindspots lorries have. Twice I could have died if I hadn't taken action whilst on a dual carriageway.

I would guess in this case that the driver of the car neglected their blindspot.
