Morning all. Hospital done, and I've been at my desk with my head down. Now, do I have lunch with the grads, or a sandwich here and add some hours on to the end of my day?

Soooo tired. I really should learn to resit watching the next episode in the West Wing box set I'm working through at the moment. Only 2.6 seasons to go!

Brother left unexpectedly today. He was supposed to be leaving tomorrow, but the new door, the new bench for the dining room and the kitchen fitter all turned up this morning, which meant that we couldn't go to Bremen as planned, so he left for Amsterdam instead...
Bought a new car yesterday... I'll start a new thread for that, instead of hijacking this and the Response thread.

Another day, another dollar/euro/pound.
I don't see an end to the tedium, but I really need the money now. Worryingly, despite the total break from my usual job, my head is not resetting as I expected.

Morning all. It seems today is the day someone moves into the other room in my flat. I've really enjoyed living alone, but I guess it's only for three-and-a-bit months.

Morning all, A strange start to the day... went to get the keys to unlock the gates, (from my jacket pocket) and the zip got stuck... I managed to force it open enough to get them out eventually, but I was an hour late for work...  Oh well, ho hum. Morning Everybody, Payday (Hurrah!!) and Bonus Payday (Double-Hurrah!!) which means there will be online banking happening during my lunch break  Then there will be more exciting ticket-buying and online shopping at home this evening....then there will be no more money  But there will be plenty to look forward to instead Day 2 of Design Review and so far it's going well, I wish I could say the same about "The Great Asian Bags Excursion" one of my people is currently on...First flight cancelled after 5 hours sitting on the plane, next flight didn't leave Brum until 13:40 the following day, 10 hour delay in Dubai, then on his first day in HongKong had his credit card confiscated by HSBC?!  What a nightmare!! Ah well, I only book 'em _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.
