Her over there complained about my garlic bread. Didn't say a thing about my pasta bake.
I tend to cook my (frozen) garlic bread slices slowly in the grill to ensure they are very crispy. She, on the other hand, now tells me she likes them soft and chewy.
What say ye?
NB: This thread is in reference to either baguettes or slices only, not the pizza types.

Either, as long as it's not too soft, or too crunchy.

Slightly crunchy on the outside chewy inside.

Soft. However given a choice, I'd rather have pizza based garlic bread.

Gotta crunch it up man  I like the tacky crappy stuff take away pizza places send out. A home made bagette stylee is the best though.
