Well, what you've got there is a HP laserjet toner cartridge. They're normally screwed down pretty tight.
I think you'd be looking at a replacement there, and you know, afterwards stop keeping the cheese or peanut butter inside the printer mechanism. It doesn't do the shelf life any good at all.
I'd hesitate to suggest trying to print a cleaning page. It's likely to cause a jam (or something that looks remarkable similar to jam at any rate
)
