Has anyone been watching this series?

It is probably one of the best BBC documentaries I have seen in years. Surpassing even their wildlife documentaries.

Brian Cox is such a great presenter also. He makes everything he talks about real and available to everyone rather than talking in code and jargon that only other physicists can understand.

Brilliant series.

I enjoyed it too - he said on Twitter yesterday that there will be a second series.

Yes it was interesting, and very entertaining. Educational and visually stunning. You would never see that commissioned by Sky or ITV.

It is one of those excellent series that works very well. It contains a little real science in accessible terms. It's also a great series for getting children interested in science.

I love it, and the presenter is excellent.

You can tell that he absolutely loves the subject, and he is so enthusiastic.

I'm not a fan of his music, but I do like the way he presents his subject.

Awesome series.

I caught episodes 3 and 4, and I plan to watch episode 5 on Tuesday when it's repeated.
Shame I missed the first two.

Another fan of the series here. Some much so I'm considering getting it on BluRay when it comes out.
TV reception is a bit pants in my house so I'd really like to see it with a non-fuzzy picture.

All in all it has been an excellent series and has managed to avoid the common pitfall of many recent science programs (Horizon, I'm looking very hard at you here) or repeating the same thing over and over again. Some of the graphics were repeated but it was usually relevant but the actual content was largely repeat free.

I'm normally interest in this kind of programme but the presenter seemed like a joke in the adverts. No gravitas whatsoever. Hence I ignored it.
