OK here's a strange request.
Anyone want to swap their 8800GTX for an 8800GTX Ultra?

I ordered the last 8800GTX from an online store & they sent me the ultra model. Normally this would be a result but I want to put it in a rig for folding (should still be fine) but as I've got 2 other 8800GTX's in there I was going to play with Tri-SLi, not possible with this combo.
I also don't think my 8800GTX waterblock would fit (should do but the ultra has a different hsf so I can't tell)

I think the water block would fit as an Ultra is pretty much just an overclocked GTX.

I think they're the same but no Tri-Sli for me (although I'd never use it I think).

Might give it a go tomorrow when my new psu arrives for the rig.

the hardware should be exactly the same, thought it may not work as the BIOSes may have different product codes. a quick flash should solve that though
