Give me a bit of time to find it, and I'll post my marinade recipe for chicken.
  EDIT
  Chicken Marinade
Onion – 1 medium blended Garlic – 2 cloves Soy Sauce – to darken Ginger – (powdered) 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar – 1 ½ tablespoons White Wine (or sherry) Pepper Oil – fair pour
This works well for barbecued chicken. It's best to use thinly slices breast or thin fillets. Marinade overnight.

Gas BBQ’s come in 3 types
  Gas Assisted
These are basically standard Charcoal BBQ’s but with a gas igniter to get the coals “up and running” quickly and easily
  Gas with Rocks
This is a Gas Burner but have lava rock over it. The flame heats up the rocks and so fat can drip onto the rocks so giving a similar taste to Charcoal. Some allow you to add wood shavings for extra flavour
  Gas – Griddle
This is a mixture of either gas hotplates – basically a fixed frying pan or Gas flame covered by a cap with an open grill. Basically it acts like an upside down grill and probably gives the least authentic BBQ taste.

As far as I'm concerned, if it's gas, it's not a barbecue (it's a grill).

Ok... that looks good. Did you make it yourself or buy it? I think that would be a lot more challenging than building a brick one.

Bought one of THESE A couple of weeks ago. Tried it last weekend. It did a really good job of lighting the charcoal. I used less coal than normal because unlike when I do it by hand all the coal was used, there were no unlit bits in the corners. I can strongly recommend them.

It was a flat pack kit. I used to have a very similar one that came from Homebase, buthis one came from Belgium and had the worst assembly instructions I have ever seen. In the end, after lots of swearing, I binned them and worked it out for myself.
