Guns for show, knives for a pro Tell her whatever you want. Just be prepared for the possibility of soul-crushing disappointment. If you're cool with that - happy days.

I think it's different when you give someone a surprise visit for a casual purpose, like there you knew you had to just give her the DVDs and the drink and then you could leave. In this situation you'd have to go in, ask her and then she'd have to take some time to decide when she was free etc. As Blue said, the reception area of a bank isn't really a place for private conversation, nor is it fair on the customers if you're not talking about business. Also there's the possibility that by asking her "on the spot" at her workplace she may feel either pressured, uncomfortable or like you're almost invading her personal space. (Don't take that the wrong way or take it out of proportion, it sounds on the extreme side because i can't think of how to tone it down). And as for waiting till she leaves, i have to say that's even more of a No (where as the former was more like a "Hmmmm, i don't think so"). First off, i'd say there's the fact that it just simply makes you look like a Stalker waiting outside till she leaves lol. (That's supposed to be taken semi-seriously, but still, laugh at it ). Next is the fact that as before, she might feel uncomfortable if she's put on the spot like that, not to mention uncomfortable if she leaves as a group with some of her colleagues/friends. Don't say that Bratty! Always remember the first sentence of your last post!: Now we've got that done, what can you do? As before, if it's a casual visit with a distinct purpose that doesn't "put her on the spot" then it would be fine. As Blue suggested about phoning her, and the fact that you said her phone mast thing is down... Could you not go in there and ask her for her home phone/landline ? I assume the phone mast being the mobile one (since you said she couldn't text you back) so going in and asking for her home phone, then phoning her later seems like a plan (imo). And well, as for the whole date/catchup thing, Blue's comments pretty much sum it up for now... although be sure to talk about that stuff on the date, not in the bank . And now, to close off, repeat to yourself:

thx for advice but I really dont think it would be putting her on the spot or pressured If I was to go in bank then it would just be a brief "what u up to saturday" kinda thing and remember she did specifically say that she will free up her scheduale so she can meet up with me, so In my perception theres not a problem asking if shes free saturday? and this isint very personal thing to ask either etc?, also the fact that noone hardly goes in that bank, its quite a small one and all the times ive been in there its empty

NO FREAKIN WAY!! Nah, haven't seen it for years, but I still say "alarm bells are ringing, Willie" and "Chill Winston!" when the occasion calls for it We grow copious amounts of ganja, yeah? And you're carrying a wasted girl and a bag of fertilizer. You don't exactly look like your average [LIFTED]! Plenty of quotable stuff in that and it's just stayed with me. Great film.

If you hold back anything, I'll kill ya. If you bend the truth or I think you're bending the truth, I'll kill ya. If you forget anything, I'll kill ya. In fact, you're gonna have to work very hard to stay alive, Nick. Now, do you understand everything I've said? 'Cause if you don't, I'll kill ya.

What’s the bank’s policy on reception staff being wooed on company time? You don’t want to land her in trouble…
