Google already respond to take-down requests, and in a prompt manner IMO. What more can they do? It's up to Viacom et al to protect their content, not Google, so that rules out Google moderating videos etc (which would be impractical anyway).

But Viacom only released the slide that made Google look bad. It took it out of context and left the ones about Viacom being a publisher of that pirated content unreleased... :?
