Couldn't see anything in the article the specified precisely how his human rights would be impacted if he were deported. Difficult to make a completely sound assessment without that information, but it would have to be pretty extraordinary in my book to justify letting him stay.

This was in the paper this morning and it was due to his wife and child living in Lancashire.
