Remember those old 80s "choose your own adventure" books? I had one that starred Sonic the Hedgehog (IIRC). Anyway, Jason Shiga has taken a whirl at creating one. However instead of the usual 5 or 6 endings there are 3,856 different possible endings to the book http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page ... e&id=24638It looks like something I might like and I think a few of you guys might also. The concept is quite old but the style and implementation are both very new

I used to have a few early Jackson ones, if the name is correct?

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I'm liking the Monkey Island reference.

It arrived this morning! I had a quick read through lunchtime and I love it. There are hundreds of possible choices. I can see this being readable over and over

Blimey, I have a box of those in the loft by Livingstone & Jackson.
1-40 or 50 odd IIRC.

LOL! It's very good! It's like a puzzle crossed with a book. You have to try and end the story without dying or ending the world Harder than it sounds though

That's how I feel when I get out of bed every morning.

Well, I managed to get to the ending last night.
I still haven't seen it all though so I'm going to try and go through again and get some different stories.
