I've never recovered from when they stopped playing the national anthem...

I have only ever experienced that once, in a cinema when I was about 10. There followed a 3 Stooges Film.

I always stay for Marvel films because they make it worth my while Iron Man 2 isn't the first and won't be the last. As for other things, depends on the epicness of the film. And I mean that in the old sense of the word, not the new sense. i.e. LOTR, Star Wars, The Matrix, I stayed for all of those. Also, if I've been particularly moved and the music is good e.g. Saving Private Ryan, Moon. But ultimately it comes down to who I'm with. Most people just aren't into it like me. I often cave to peer pressure, I'm ashamed to say.

I do, to see who played any particular part or to see if anyone famous but I did not recognise was in there. Plus musical credits and locations. There are also some interesting thank you's in there as well at times. Then some directors will put outtakes or deleted or extensions to scenes in the credits.

Personally no, but I do tend to now as the g/f likes to see them. Even if we only get 1/2 way through them we tend to be the last people in the cinema.

Yes but not because we want to watch them.
I go with a group of friends and tend to go when it's busy, so once the credits roll, there's mass exodus out. Which means you can be standing in a crowd for a good few minutes. Which is why we just hang back, talk about the film and wait for everyone to go out so we can just stroll out. Sometimes there are extras, sometimes not. It's not something we wait for.

Only if there's a name I want to check. Most of the time I'm out of there fairly quickly as it's late.
