I hope they get a stable version of Palm OS done. Even though the missus got rid of the Pre it did make a brilliant device (without the crashing!). The way it handled messages, emails, facebook updates was much better than her newer HTC Desire IMO. It had some great features let down by instability.

Yes but will they be getting the OS? If I remember rightly they split the company up into hardware and OS some years ago. Maybe if they had the money they could resolve the problems with the OS. Though I think that HP are looking at the hardware aspect. They could come in with a new smartphone and with the higher margins make it a success.
