Greetings.

Still feeling rough, and I'm worried that the cold thing has knocked Best Beloved sideways more than it should have. So, I have to consider ways to help him get back to some sort of normality.

Meanwhile, it's time to get the creativity flowing. Deadlines and all that. They always help me clear the air. :D

Ciao for now.

Morning World,

HK I hope the BB recovers alright, sometimes things take some people longer to recover fully from than others, I hope he's ok though.

My world is full of people today , there were people and cars everywhere on the roads this morning, things have been really quiet on the roads for the longest time but it went all hectic again this morning :o I even had to brake for sheep on the road who appeared to be eating roadkill *yuck* :?

Work is very cold, I am having trouble keeping feeling in my fingers and I suspect it will be one of those days where lots of tea gets made just to keep fingers toasty warm. I have cup-a-soups for lunch as well which should be nice. Problem is, this building is all windows and is too many years old to have double glazing or anything so we freeze in the winter and boil in the summer, there doesn't seem to be a happy medium of anykind.

Well, my list of things "To Do" won't get itself done......

Morning all,

I haven't stopped since I got in this morning... talk about busy! I'm about to dial into a 90 minute phone conference/training session, which should be fun...

Anyway, enough from me.

Have a great day everyone.

:)

Afternoon. Nailed my final Microsoft exam so I'm in a rather happy mood.
Think I might go down the pub later to celebrate

Evening all.

Off to see Iron Man 2 this evening. I hope it's not a limping pile of failure.

Enjoy what's rest of the day folks.

Morning.
Woke up early to get to work for an 8am meeting only to find nobody else bothered turning up until 8:30am, however I don't have a hangover yet as I think I'm still drunk.
Anyway coffee & English muffins on my desk so I should be fine

Morning World.

Tunisia beckons, I have travel forms, travel packs and hotels to organise, dinner to arrange, an off-site to quote for and taxis to book. I can't flippin' well wait for next week when half the business is at Conference and I can get some peace and quiet to get some work done!!

ION, still no sign of baby Bristlenoses, it's Day 10 and they should've all hatched by now. Daddy is still defending the spawning site though, so there's obviously something still there....I hate waiting!!

Another 'late night' (as in all night) working on my project, this time purely on the report though

currently at a smidgen under 11k words and 40 pages including references and a fairly short appendix, probably going to aim for another 5-10 pages as it'll be at the upper end of the recommended limit (and I have a fair bit to talk about with testing, summary and evaluation).

And it's voting day.... and it hasn't stopped raining for 3 hours or so now.... I think it's a sign!
