Morning.

Finally beginning to get over the cold and cough thing. Best Beloved is certainly perkier this morning.

Breakfast, out to put a mark next to the name of someone we've not met and don't know much about. Then grocery shopping before all the prices get even higher when the Tories get in.

I'm out to meet a web dev later, who is hosting a site I'm designing and can hopefully fill in the bits I don't have much of a clue about.

And then the Channel 4 Election show thing tonight. Should be a larf.

Morning all. At work far too early but gives me a chance to get a few things sorted & have breakfast before the phones start ringing.

Lo Peeps
I did not sleep well last night and am the grumpiest of the grumpy this morning :x

Due to this being a 'special day', I am at the beck and call of the Returning Officer and have kitted the car out with sarnies, drinks and a spare battery (charged) for my mobile. I have a full tank of fuel, folding chairs and enough bits to keep me going should I receive the call to man a polling station.

Before my stint at the count tonight, I will have the great pleasure of voting for my chosen candidate. I'm going to break the habit of a lifetime and vote for one only - HeatherKay. I may have to amend the voting slip as there is a slight complication in that she's not actually standing in Moray - or indeed in any constituency but I feel it's time to make my vote count :D

And with that, I shall bid you good day. Have a good one.

Al

Good Morrow!

Oooo I'm actually excited! I've got a ticket to go to the count tonight to support one of the candidates. It'll be preceded by a pub quiz.

He'd best bloody win - I've given up Peter Kay tickets.

Good Morning all

Off to vote this evening. Not sure how late I will stay up to see the results tonight but will be interesting in the morning to see what the state of play is.

Well better get off and do some more work

Afternoon all.
Was down at the polling station at 7 this morning. There was a bit of a queue.
Anywho, I don't think I shall be waiting up to hear the results. Tomorrow will suffice just fine for me.

Have a good day folks and remember to vote if you are eligible to do so.

Morning World,

Really glad I bothered voting. I voted for our independant in the locals and voted UKIP as I'd planned in the Parliamentaries and am struggling with the concept that even with a commons majority, Tories get no say in the make-up of the government. What idiot put a rule in that the sitting PM gets to choose the coalition, even if they aren't the ones with the majority?? *sigh* I'll just add it to the list of things that annoy me about the government and move on. Interesting to see what happens over the longer term though.

I'm still wading through my workload as best I can, it's going to be a busy day but I'm outta here at 14:30 so it's all good. Have a great Friday everyone.

Morning.

Things aren't quite as bad as they appeared around 2am, which will make the next 24-48 hours quite interesting.

Considering my options of emigrating the Scotland. It's far too blue round here now.
