My gf's housemate ordered medical grade caffeine, mixes it in with fruit juice so it's not as sugary, apparently around 1000mg a day over a sustained period is harmful. The only reason I drink it is because I need to have sugar around 10am every day (don't ask me why, I don't know myself). I don't like sweets or chocolate, I don't like coke or any other sugary drinks. I could do fruit juice but I would have to drink more of it and I don't really like the taste either so I drink Red Bull as it is perfect size and amount of sugar. Only think that I don't like it is the cost, £1.27 per can in our cantee and 5x a week it adds up.

What on earth am I going to do with two litres  No, all I need is 250ml per day at my desk, it needs to be cold and not flat. But I will have a look at Kick if they sell it by the can or something more manageable...
