My gf's housemate ordered medical grade caffeine, mixes it in with fruit juice so it's not as sugary, apparently around 1000mg a day over a sustained period is harmful. That said I can easily get 300mg in one sitting (1l bottle of Tesco Kick) but try to avoid drinking it in evenings because it keeps me up... as it should

The only reason I drink it is because I need to have sugar around 10am every day (don't ask me why, I don't know myself). I don't like sweets or chocolate, I don't like coke or any other sugary drinks. I could do fruit juice but I would have to drink more of it and I don't really like the taste either so I drink Red Bull as it is perfect size and amount of sugar. Only think that I don't like it is the cost, £1.27 per can in our cantee and 5x a week it adds up.

What on earth am I going to do with two litres No, all I need is 250ml per day at my desk, it needs to be cold and not flat. But I will have a look at Kick if they sell it by the can or something more manageable...
