Lots - maybe 8? But I'll be the only one eating it.

Depends on the occasion - and Rum always adds to the cost, £20.

If its purely a celebration cake and not simply my favourite cake then I'm going for........
1) Plain Sponge
2) Both (strawberry jam)
3) Personalised message or icing
4) 12-14. Surely celebration cake is for lots of people?
5) upto £15-20 if it feeds lots of people
6) Theme/decoration
7) 30
8) Male
(p.s. my 'favourite' cake is either melting chocolate fudge cake, Waitrose refridgerator cake or fruit Manor House cake)

Other theme Depends who it's for: I bought my wife a "handbag" cake for her 40th last year, and she bought me a "Tardis" cake for mine, so it's something to be decided on a case by case basis
