Speed up Firefox

Worked for me by an almost imperceptible amount, tbh. I rarely find myself twiddling my thumbs with FF as it is, or most modern browsers in fact.

The problem is that Firefox is available for Windows, Linux and, as far as I'm aware, OS X so which software forum would it go in?

IF you have very quick broadband then it won't really matter but if it's average it helps. Especially with sites like engadget it loads quicker then i can scroll more freely.

I'm glad this has been of benefit.

Just for the record, I find it makes a very noticeable difference. This site particularly, because it stops FF stopping to wait for the slow servers people use for their images.

I haven't noticed any change on my iMac (been on holiday this week), although some on-line stores stopped working... :?
